Nlite will not read my xp cd or folder

The cd is a Windows XP Pro Service pack 1

The odd part is that i used the same cd to create other xp installs, but this time when i want to create one i keep getting that error. In the drive is a real xp cd too

Maybe this is considered as a system folder and that could be the cause of the message ? Anyway, putting 500Meg on the desktop has never been a good idea.

i dont see how..it is a 200gb drive

I restarted the computer and also copy the cd files to the root of drive and that did not work

So now nlite will not read my xp cd or folder on the following:

cd-rom drive

desktop

harddrive root

i also uninstalled and reinstall nlite and it is giving me the same problem of not reading my cd rom drive

Do you have hivesft.inf file in the i386 folder?
