ScottJG
Bah, is there any EASY way to make a multiboot CD? I try CD Shell but I get confused after about 3 minutes and give up. I try reading the guides here but it is never any help. So I figure, I saw this thing called MagicISO and it said it could make a Multiboot CD. I try that, even read up on a guide for MagicISO called "MultiBootCDTheEasyWay" but even following the instructions exactly fails to make it work. The whole point of making a multiple boot cd was to make my life easier, but it is turning out being a headache just creating it! So, with that in mind, is there some other EASY way to make a multiboot cd? I have all the isos (WinPE, UBCD, and XP Home) and I also wanted to throw on some tools in there (so when running while XP is loaded I can have NOD32 and Spybot installs on there.I swear I have been pulling my hair reading every guide I have seen and have put 6 hrs into something without success. Any help would be much appreciated, and would get my undying love! Edited August 7, 2006 by ScottJG

jaclaz
Well,a good start would be trying to follow the flyakite guide:http://flyakite.msfnhosting.com/About UBCD, do you really mean UBCD:http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ or you mean UBCD4WIN:http://www.ubcd4win.com/(which is a good derivative of BartPE)?(both are covered in the guide, just use BartPE instructions for UBCD4WIN)If you have a problem with the guide, post here your questions.Once you have a working DVD made along the lines of the guide, and you will have in the building of it acquired the needed confidence with terms and procedures used, you can start exploring "variations".Here is a "condensed" and updated version:http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=74862(though examples are limited to multi-install DVD)If you use XP SP2 or later, do check this sticky:http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=58410jaclaz Edited August 8, 2006 by jaclaz
