cumminbk Posted July 25, 2006 Share Posted July 25, 2006 alright im looking into buying some new memory i know that Latency is a big deal the lower the better for speed. one memory is DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) but latancy timing is 4-4-4-12http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16820145015the other isDDR 400 (PC 3200) with latancy timing at 2-3-2-5http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16820227210both sets are close in price. which would you say is faster? better deal?
