Adobe Flash Player is Killin' me!

I seem to have no choice but to use flah player for myspace and some chat.

It works good for about 10 minutes then my fonts start going funny and gets bigger and I get "I'm outta memory" messages.

What's that all about?

Try using an older version.

we are moving myspace music players and video players to flash 9.0. flash 9 has security fixes so that people can't mess with you on myspace. if your 'about me' got screwed up this weekend, you could have been safe if you had flash 9 installed.

How much memory does your system have. Also if you can right click the flash window & set the quality to low

I'm debating on whether I should skip Flash player, it has always been the fatal flaw of things that arise.

I started monkeying around and I'm on a ".ocx" search and destroy mission, so far I have been ok and IE seems quicker.

Anyone have any suggestions related to ocx ?

I decided to re-format and install my backed up clone.

Anyways, all is well as per usual but now I'm back to where I was........not even the older versions can help.
