what intel cpu and mainboard support install xp 64 on it ?

Actually, mobo does matter in spite of socket as only the Intel 9xx series chipsets support AMD64...err, EM64T chips ;) . The 845/865/875 chipsets are available in socket 775, but only support 32-bit procs. There are other manufacturers of chipsets for Intel that support EM64T, but I'm not sure which ones off-hand.

Not true ;)

I ran a Pentium 630 (Socket 775, 3.0Ghz) for a while on a Asus P5P800 (same as P4P800; AGP, DDR1, but with socket 775) and Windows XP x64 worked fine on it :thumbup

Edit: Forgot to say; both these boards works with the Intel 865PE chipset!
