I'm looking for the networking tools or software even hardware which meet these requirements:

1. LAN and WAN mapping/diagramming
   
2. VLAN design discovery
   
3. Device and MAC address discovery
   
4. Switch port mapping
   
5. Link/Interface utilisation and predective trending
   
6. CPU and memory load gauge
   
7. Traffic pattern analysis (ie. broadcast storm, multicast loop)
   
8. Packet capture and decode
   
9. 82.11a/b/g discovery
   
10. 802.11a/b/g site survey and monitoring
    
11. Throughput testing(traffic generate0
    
12. SNMP walk/MIB browser
    
13. RMON support
    
14. Alarm and notifications
    
15. Reporting(able present in different report etc. mc word, p. point & pdf)
    
16. Spanning tree audit
    

It is mostly imposible to find any tools which meet all the requirements but at least maybe it can provide most of them. I found so many tools in internet, so I need anyone can give any suggestion about any tools you know.

Fluke OptiView is the best I've ever used. Just in case you're not totally made of money, SolarWinds EE has always served me well.

How capable is OptiView on its own? Doesn't it do its best when you buy all of the asoociated hardware?

Has anyone tried HP OmniView? It looks interesting but I don't see much hands-on reporting of it.

So long as you have SNMP properly configured on all of your networking hardware, OptiView can pretty much do anything. I believe they now have software agents you can push to servers for data collection. But for all of the bells and whistles you'd really want their tablet device that is seriously unlike anything I've used before. Last I checked it retails for around $25,000. I'll take two
