No, sorry. It would b a good idea to develop, but no time for such a large project.

it all depends on how you build xpize and your your source's are storred...

probably one would nead a high compressed archige like LMZA *7zip uses it for example)

creating a theme would be way to easy but rewriting the file-patcher-code would take at least 'some' time....
