plz help me I need to move operationg system from cd to hdd & run operationg system from hdd

any cd boot have file for booting i need to make this file for this operationg system on the hdd

i guess he wants to copy miniPE from CD to hdd and boot from it.

and as far as i know it's impossible.

I don't know what miniPE is but if it's something like BartPE, you could go on another pc and take an image w/ghost or something.
