hyipo Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 I want to know how to update all the drivers in Windows 2000 because it doesn't support a lot of things XP does. Some XP drivers that I tested work for 2000.
boooggy Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 i dont think u can....and thats why m$ released xp...to make people upgrade.
COERCITAS Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 You should consider updating to XP or 2003, 2000 won't be supported that long and you have to admit XP / 2003 are far better OSes.
hyipo Posted July 11, 2006 Author Posted July 11, 2006 (edited) But I have a server. I can't upgrade to XP. I will have to deal with Server Activation. Also I checked the XPs driver.cab and realize it's just driver files so why can't I import them into my Windows 2000 Adv. Servers driver.cab.Actually some drivers I used for W2K Driver problems acually worked so why can't XP drivers work for 2000 Adv. Server drivers. Edited July 11, 2006 by hyipo
