[Help] how to access system restore when none of the safe mode boot op

Is there a way to use access system restore when the safe mode command prompt only doesn't work? None of the XP startup options work for me and recovery console doesn't let you run the utility (unless theres another way, but it won't let me run the executable like a command prompt would)

Try tu run the program in the prompt

when I tried that in the recovery console prompt, it said command not recognized, type help for recognized commands. system restore wasn't in the list

You could try from bartpe. Search 911cd.net/forums, there is a plugins to acces system restore and restore registry.

oups I have understand "just command prompt safe mode work" ...

In fact in recovery console you can't restore backup points ...

Try to run "chkdsk c: /R" to correct data on the disk ... and try to reboot ...

You can access SR points eventually by first using the RC to access the Repair folder and it's very convoluted.

This gives you some idea.
