KRYOGENIUS
HelloFan user of Opera, i had the same problem, how maximize the display, i thought by removing menu bar. But after long hours of searching, you can remove everything except the menu. The single option is to type MAJ + F11, but you don't win more space on screen !But i forgot maybe something. If somebody have the tips ! Please tell it++

DigeratiPrime
this is easy to do For Opera go here: http://operawiki.info/CustomButtons#menu1) drag/drop the toggle menu bar button onto a toolbar and click on it, the menu bar is now off2) drag/drop the full menu bar as a button to a toolbarFor Firefox you would need the compact menu extension; there might be a css tweak too. KevinMo
The command to show/hide menu is "Enable menu bar" and "Disable menu bar", you can assign it to any button or shortcuts. To put tab bar under address bar, you can simply right click on main toolbar, choose "customize", and drag an address button to main toolbar. Zxian
i tried to make the tabs bar appears under the address bar, but i couldn'tthe tabs insists on appearing at the most top!!http://nontroppo.org/-/media/mainbar.htmAnother way of getting the menu bar to hide is to alter the pre-defined keyboard shortcut for it. Go to Preferences->Advanced->Shortcuts->Keyboard Setup->EditSearch for "F11", and you'll see an entry that says "Enable Menu Bar | Disable Menu Bar" under the actions. Set the keyboard shortcut (the left box) to whatever you want to use.
