Looking for a motherboard

I'm not going with AMD i will be going with a Pentium D 3.4Ghz 800fsb. Might overclock it to 3.6Ghz 1066 FSB

One question, Why ? If your going pentium D get the 805 and do a heavy overclock on it, The guide on tomshardware shows it running at 4.1Ghz on air.

Are those both the same becasue one says it can support 8 gigs and p4 and Dual core and one says it can support 4 gigs and it dont support P4 so are they the same? or not?

another reason why i HATE tigerdirect. not to mention their horrible customer support. and also for that video card u were looking for, i think that they said the core clock for a 7600gt was 750mhz! the fastest core clock ive seen is 675mhz and thats on a 7900gtx.

Now on that Mobo it says sata-300 will it also support sata- 150? becasue i have a 250gb SATA 150 and dont want to buy a new one.

yes, sata300(sataII) is backwards compatible.

I've been reading reviews on that mobo ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16813131589 )

But they say that the sata controllers dont work very good, so i'm just a little afraid when i get it, it dont work.

but now there not in stock at newegg or tiger.
