Mamoun
When I was trying to change drivers icons in my computer through Folder options > file types > drive > advanced > change icon, sth else changed, as when I click on any drive now, it perform the first action for it after opening (ex. explore in ACDsee ) and doesn't open normally.when I got back to the advanced configuration of drive file type, I see Browse with Acdsee & find only, and there is no open command, and when I tried to create one (by make it opens with explorer.exe) It worked but it's annoying that it opens in a new window.any ideas to fix this? Thanks Edited June 13, 2006 by Mamoun
T D
I don't know of any way to reset it totally, but try using a registry cleaner. Not one like the one integrated in ccleaner, but something like norton windoctor or tuneup utilities.Though I'd recommend tuneup anyday.http://www.tuneup.com Edited June 13, 2006 by T D
LLXX
Start regedit and go to the classes_root, find Drive and expand it, select Shell subkey and then select the Default value on the right, press Delete key.

T D
Aaargh! I missed out a hyphen!http://www.tune-up.comI'd still recommend it even if you don't have problems. You picked the wrong key."Drive" not ".drv"!Screenshot: Edited June 13, 2006 by T D
