Capture a snapshot in Adobe Premiere Pro

I have this footage, but I would like to select a frame from it, and extend that frame so it can just say there while I want to play a short music while that frame stay like that.

How do I take a snapshot from the footage and have it separated for editing?

Later EDIT: Ok I think I managed, I will just "hold frame - in point" and copy it... but now I need to add a zoom effect. Zoom in- zoom out- zoom in- zoom out, etc very fast. I would have done it by motion and scale it up and down, but I cannot add points, it seems it might be a global function for the hole footage section. How can I add zoom in and outs from the footage.

another way to take a snapshot is to move the current time indicator to the frame you want in the timeline, then File/Export/Frame (Ctrl-Shift-M)

i'm not sure about your second question, but it should be possible to use motion and scale to zoom in/out on the exported frame..just set it's duration to however many seconds you wish for and use keyframes with motion and scale to zoom around
