Guy can i NAT a virtual IPs came from NAT lets say i have a router its real ip which access the internet is 62.1.2.3 and the router route to range 10.0.0.1 /24 and i want to make a natting again so my internal lan use 172.16.20.1, i know you gonna wonder why i could need to something like this, well i want to use the connection direct from the router while i limit the bandwith and the web access for some people by building in ISA server, so simply i want to NAT one of the internal IPs and then give another range of internal IP to the limited monitored users, is that possible ?

Depends on your router and your subnetting skills, but yes it is possible. You posted CIDR notation so you likely know what you are doing :)
