The code is written from scratch by Laurent Aimar, Loren Merritt, Eric Petit (OS X), Min Chen (vfw/asm), Justin Clay (vfw), Måns Rullgård, Radek Czyz, Christian Heine (asm), Alex Izvorski, and Alex Wright.
