For some reason the user that is using this with her scanner is having periodic issues and im sick of supporting it!! Somehow it seems like monthly now, IrfanView will not allow her to change the desired file name and uses the old name which is still remembered from the last scan. I know there is some check box or something that says "remember" or "save from last time" ... can't remember exactly ... but when you uncheck this and move forward with the scan it automatically checks itself again and then saves as the old file name again and again. Any help or other programs would be greatly appriciated!!**EDIT: Figured out it was a rights issue with an .ini file in the directory.
