Vista 5384.4 Audio Problems

hello,

I've got a Creative Audigy 2 ZS sound card, which finally works with the creative vista drivers. Also ive got Creative Inspire 4400 4.1 Speakers, which use two audio jacks to connect, these are analogue. Ive installed the vista drivers and setup the audio properties to quadraphonic however, i cannot get sound through all four speakers, only two. Is anyone else having similar problems? Or know of a solution then please post here.

As such there are no stable drivers for audigy for vista platform. Those which were issued on 10 Nov, were meant for vista 5231, but these one never did actually work.

Creative is on path to write new drivers for vista. They may be out pretty soon.

Till then you have to bear with this bug or for other workarounds and options you can visit creative forums:
