i couldn't get the service to install automatically, but i will look into it much further. ill see what i can do for you guys.

You'll give us some tips as to how to play Quicktime movies (.mov), Real Media videos (.rm, .rmvb), Flash videos (.flv), OggVorbis audio (.ogg), etc... with that.

you may want to use Quicktime Alternative to play Apple Quicktime files:

MPlayer cant play quicktime files created in newer versions.
