Sorting 2 hard drives.

I have 2 80Gb hard drives with about 50Gb of music on each. They are not exact copies so I want to compare both drives so I can store all the music on both (1 as a backup). What would be a suitable software that 1) would show me the differences 2) allow me to make exact copies. Freeware if possible as I will only use it once or twice.
