That's really good. I'd suggest making another one with more of the black background that you find in the program itself.

It is very nice indeed. Although I feel that the bevel / emboss you have given to the windows flag makes it look heavy and bulky. Also the lower text could do with the satin removing, just to make it more readable and clean looking. Apart from those little issues, very good work! keep it up!

EDIT :: also move the shadow on the 'Windows media player 11 beta" text a bit closer to the text, as it makes it a little hard to read.
