meowmom
I have two 2.9ghz PCs/XP Pro & Home I have built that I can access my Gmail account nicely with.I just got a laptop, 3.02ghz with XP Pro on it, that I keep gettingIE error: mshtml.dll.I have compared the version which is older than the two PCs.I have tried about 30 things including repair and reinstall IE on this laptop, trying to access my Gmail. It has been the ONLY site that I cannot access on the laptop. Have even fiddled with IE Options/Activex to see if that works, which it doesn't.Any ideas please?Am I able to simply copy the newer mshtml.dll version from one of the PCs and copy over on the laptop?Much thanks for this great site! meowmom
decided to do a sfc/scannow and didn't change things.I reinstalled IE and no change.Used IE beta, no change.,Interestingly tho, I tried my gmail with AvantBrowser, then with that window active, pulled up an IE page and pasted my gmail address that was already in Avant. Had no problem this way, sideswiping it LOL???
