Headkutter Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 hi my windows media player wont play music or video in the wma or wmv format.i keep geting a message that says the file cannot be played and it gave me a code C00D1199then i got a message that saidWindows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.so i clicked the button on the tab that said web help and it told me i neededMicrosoft PCM Format (1) but it wasnt available to download... where can i get it from?
razormoon Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 hmm...you should make sure these entries appear in registry:FIXWMV.REGWindows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.wma]"PercievedType"="audio"
