hi

my windows media player wont play music or video in the wma or wmv format.

i keep geting a message that says the file cannot be played and it gave me a code C00D1199

then i got a message that said

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

so i clicked the button on the tab that said web help and it told me i needed

Microsoft PCM Format (1) but it wasnt available to download... where can i get it from?

you only need a codec try ffdshow
