Outlook troubles (well... kinda)

Featured Replies

Yelllllllllllllllllllo,

i was wondering if its possible to make outlook display notification when new mail arrives.

on my work system it displays a little message in the bottom right corner, but on my home computer it just says new mail has arrived check now?

so i was just wondering if i can make the bottom right box come up because i want to know when i get emails, but don't want to check them right away.

is this possible?

or is this feature in another program?

thanks,

cazzman.

Are you using Outlook 2000?! If you are then it is on default that the 'new mail has arrived' will pop up.

Outlook XP i have and i have never seen the option for the 'new mail has arrived' so im not sure about that.

isnt this little message part of Outlook 2003 beta?

cause i think thats when they first put it, but i might be wrong, anyways if you use outlook 2003 beta its in the options....
