FrootLoop Posted May 10, 2006 Author Posted May 10, 2006 well, normally i have the internet connected to my computer through my own modem n everything works... but because my gf want to use the internet too at the same time, i disconnected my modem n use hers which goes to the router n then to both of our computers... but msn donest work when its like that!!! ><even posting the reply didnt work while i was connected b4... but as soon as i turn it off n use my normal modem it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!! argh!!!!!
N1K Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 Maybe this router that you use to connect to the net while in LAN with your girlfriend isn't properly configured..If I understood correctly you have two modems, one is yours which is working fine, but the other one which is connected to the router won't work..Can you connect your ADSL modem which is working to that router and try then..
