My Server is from Windows NT migrate to Windows 2003 ,all setting is right but if use few days ,network will suddenly stop need restart DNS ,what 's server going on ?? and how to fix this problem ?? please help ~!

Do you mean you have to stop the DNS service and restart on the server, or is DNS resolution not working? Also, do any of your clients or servers have a DNS server or servers configured in their TCP properties that is outside of your domain?

also are you talking your internal dns not working or external dns not working... any more info on your problem would be helpful

Is SP1 installed?

Are you using DNS for WINS resolution?

Do you have reverse lookup zones configured?

Does the DNS process consume 100% CPU time when the problem is encountered?

Is DNS standard primary or AD-integrated?

check DNS events and enable DNS server logging from DNS server properties.
