I was defragmenting my hd when I saw many scattered fragments on my hd and then analysed it.

Anyone knows what can I do to get rid of this?

Stop any background services that are not essential to the operation of the computer, then defrag. You should only have ~10 processes running (the critical system ones).

Ending explorer.exe and then defragging may also help to release locked files.

If you use Diskeeper you can run a boot time defrag

I use O&O defrag reguraly and boot defrag and it doesnt work =(
