Woomera Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 ok i had 2x 512 3.3.3.8 (cl,rcd,rp,ras) and i just bought two new 1gb ram.problem is one of them is 3.3.3.8 and another one is 3.4.4.8.i ran everest memory benchmarks and didnt notice much of a diffrence from my las memories.so will the performance increas if i change the 2.4.4.8 with another 3.3.3.8(only choice if i change one of them)? or will i have problem with current modules?
ripken204 Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 refund them. the store u got them from obvisouly screwed up. try to get a full refund for money, if that doesnt work then get store credit. where did u get them from?also, im wondering if one of them is pc3200 and one is pc4000. if the 3-4-4-8 is pc4000 then refund the pc3200 and get another pc4000.
