jayroller Posted July 16, 2003 Posted July 16, 2003 The local settings folder is hidden by default, but when I change its properties so as it's shown, it remains visible until I reboot, then goes back to being hidden again. Is there any way to make it permanently visible? I know it'll only save a few clicks, but hey, they must add up....
gamehead200 Posted July 16, 2003 Posted July 16, 2003 You can choose in folder options to unhide everything and all operating system files (which is dangerous if a hacker hacks j00)...That should work...
jayroller Posted July 16, 2003 Author Posted July 16, 2003 Yeah, but it's so messy like that..... Thats the thing, it's the only hidden folder I use regularly, I have "show all..." set to off, but I'd like to have that folder available at all times. Is there a way to override/change the properties of a system folder, or am I just stuck with it? Ahh, hang on, it's microsoft, yeah, I'm probably stuck with it then..
