$OEM$ folder confusion

Hey, i just want to clarify this if some1 could help, is the way you name the $OEM$ folder J:\XPCD\$OEM$ or J:\XPCD\OEM , ive got it as J:\XPCD\$OEM$ but ive just added my driver packs (Bâshrat the Sneaky's DriverPacks ) and its created a folder called J:\XPCD\OEM does this make any diference?

It's $OEM$.

OEM folder create by BTS' packs it necessarry too, but the program itself treat OEM folder.

$OEM$ is the official Microsoft folder. Setup will scan only this folder.
