pioneer dvd-103s

the drive started clickin a while back, but still ran well - now it wont read cds/dvds that are in the drive, however bios detects, windows detects, and even windows tries to boot a cd once inserted but stops, and when i try to access the drive it tells me that

windows cannot read from this disk. the disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with windows

which is BS

so im assumin its broken - professional opinions?
