is it possible to trick or even create a driver/program that allows audio output to be replicated as an input type... instead of running a lead from output audio to input/microphone. ive been trying to google it for 1hr finding soemthing..... i turned up nothing. any help?

from my experience - i began programming using delphi, then advanced to working asp/html onto vb.net, now working on advance java i personally prefer the vb.net environment as opposed to any other due to the great features integrated into microsofts vs.net ide. so if your going to be learning programming from scratch, and are looking for good support - id recommend vs.net, and starting your programming language based on vb.net you can buy the student version of vs.net professional for about 150AUD, so thats relatively well priced - and if you dont like vb, you can advance into c, c++, c#, asp, j#. but i will say this, if your wanting to begin developing in a object orientated environment, java would be your best choice - and java is free. personally, id have it no other way than to begin with visual basic.

vmware.... thats like a virtual pc thing isnt it? i dont really want 2 "computers" if you will, but the same concept as virtual desktop programs, but on 2 displays SimonSays got it in 1, thats exactly what i want, but they are 2 independent desktops running fromt he same user. the nvidia thing that mike-c means is either cloning or horizontal span. both of those are stupid becasue they are individualised, but run of the single original desktop btw-nvidia gc 5900xt ive heard rumours that ati can do it, but i wouldnt know..... i reckon this would be a worthy thing for nvidia to invest in if possible, since it seems that a utility or addon is unable to do it as of yet

okay.... virtual desktops you know how in that you can up to 4 desktops, each with its own background, custom sorta displays etc.... i want the same thing, but split onto 2 monitors, but instead of 4 desktops i want 2. 1 per display, not that extended desktop stuff or clone

im just browsing for a nice dx9 comp card that of course is a nvidia card (not that i have a grudge against ATi). its a tough choice considering im pretty broke..... 5200 or 5600, non ultras are sorta out of the question for 2 reasons: pricey and flipchip confusion now im looking to getting a msi 5600 vtdr-128 as recommended by toms, but that will set me back $AU300. so i started looking for a cheaper alternative... albatron have a nice 5600CP at about $AU225 (pretty decent - cheapest 5600 ive seen), or i could get their 5600P turbo for the $AU300. so if i was looking in to buying a albatron... what do u recommend? or should i stick with the feature packed msi?... dont forget, im broke

the drive started clickin a while back, but still ran well - now it wont read cds/dvds that are in the drive, however bios detects, windows detects, and even windows tries to boot a cd once inserted but stops, and when i try to access the drive it tells me that windows cannot read from this disk. the disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with windows which is BS so im assumin its broken - professional opinions?

so i installed the MSFN tab, but the stock exchange tab sorta lost its picture and turned into a big blue question mark - it seems that the 3rd tab always losses its tab piccy. i checked the configcache thing and the url for the pics is there, but like i said - the 3rd tab pic disappears, it happens when i move any tabs order to 3rd place. any idea?

dude, if u change your performance/visual effects for winxp that side bar will disappear check it out in the properties of my computer, look for some tabs - im usin a mac right now so i cant tell u exactly where. - but it will be there somewhere, its also located in the control panel for performance/visual etc its one of the check boxes, that probably how u turned it off accidently

okay - in windows xp..... press start, right click on my computer - click on Manage under computer management - with subdirectory Storage, click on Disk Management a split view should appear with your harddrives up top and your disk configuration beneath.... the configuration part displays your cdroms and harddrives - right click on the cdrom that you want to change and click on Change Drive Letter and Paths... - click on change, and select the letter you want this cant be done with the root drive (ie.. C:) - but if you want to change the drive letter to something already picked by a secondary drive - change the secondary drive to z: and then change the cdrom to the letter that you wanted - then fix up the secondary drive... simple
