OS starting problem

hi friends..

when i start my PC and i choose windows XP than after a booting process it will automatically restart

and it display this message in dardblue screen.

stop: C00002a {Fatal system errors}

the windows subsystem system process terminated unexpectedly with a

status of 0xc000005 (0x7ffe02a7 0x0015fab8)

the system has been shutdown..
