Ok, ASUS A8N-SLI Premium

Randomly, when i reboot, i get no posting, but one long bleep, then 2 short bleeps.

I cant find what they mean, and speach posts dont say anything, if hit reset, or turn it off, then back on, it posts fine.

Any ideas?

I believe that that board has AWARD BIOS, there beep codes are:

AWARD BIOS BEEP CODES

Below are Award BIOS Beep codes that can occur. However, because of the wide variety of different computer manufacturers with this BIOS, the beep codes may vary.

Beep Code Description

1 long, 2 short Indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information. Video (Mono/CGA Display Circuitry) issue.

Any other beep(s) RAM problem.

Try reseating your video card. Hope this helps!
