Where are Categories?

Hi all,

I have unzip WPI 4.3.8 in a folder on my hard drive.

I have edited my config.js and I have insert many programs taken by examples folder in the package.

When I start WPI I cannot see the category switcher on sidebar.

Someone can help me?
