As bpb said you can find it on MSDN, if you dont have access to it there we dont know it either.... if you ment to ask for a warez version, you are on the wrong place, we do not allow people to request or provide warez here

Well, not all MSDN subscribers know or realize that they have access to windows VISTA CTP download. For that matter, my system admin did not know about this till the time I told him that he could download and test the beta from our MSDN subscription.
