Decap_dk Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Does anyone know of a updatepack with post SP1 hotfixes for Windows 2003 Server, like the one RyanVM has made for Windows XP - or just a place where u can see all the additional updates released since SP1???
Scubar Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 i have seen one around somewhere, i have been searching for one aswell because its alot of hassle having to download all the hotfixes and then integrate them.
jftuga Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 You could go to a machine that came installed with SP1, and then look at add, remove programs. Make sure to check the Show Updates box.-John
SecretNinja Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 or you could goto a cmd prompt and type systeminfo which will gve a lit that can be copyed and used rather than typeing it out...personlay though i use wsus to manage all the updates. once configured its fairly easy to use. (although it could be much better if it did not need active directory or automatic updates)
Decap_dk Posted March 14, 2006 Author Posted March 14, 2006 I dont need to know what updates have allready been released - that can be accomplised pretty easy ... what i want to know is, if anyone has seen a UpdatePACK with all post SP1 updates included??? Like the one RyanVM has made for WinXP SP2...This would be nice, so that i can integrate it using nLite and then have a fully updatet windows when reformatting...
Scubar Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 i currently just download all the hotfixes and integrate them. im not entirely sure how nlite integrates the ryanvm addon otherwise i would see if i could make a 2003 Post SP1 pask.
