MP3 Identification

We have a bunch of old audio CDs that I ripped using CDex so we could put them on our MP3 player and throw out our old CD player. The thing is, there's a lot of them that don't have names. Is there any program that can "scan" an MP3 and go online to some sort of database, or read any "header" type of thing inside the MP3 to give a filename?
