how can i dissable this (encircled with red)? i tried asking other forums but no one answered me :blink: ....

i want to disable it so that other users on my PC can modify/alter/change/delete the files where the shortcut is targeted pls help me.... :(

You need to learn about rights management and then you can disable Everyone
