How to unstill language?

which means that i want my customize windows to have english & arabic language & fonts to reduce my iso size.

Because i notice that when i go to control panel ==> Regional & Language options ==> Languages then check on (install files for east asian languages a pop appear telling my that this choise will need and take 230MB from my windows drive.

so how can i unistall the east asian language?

Use nLite to remove things you don't want in your Windows installation. Be Careful.
