removes any ones you wish you didn't have there

do do it manually they're stored here..

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ AutoplayHandlers \ Handlers \ <handler>

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ AutoplayHandlers \ EventHandlers \ <Event Name>

Value Name <HANDLER>

Angelico_Payne is correct, TweakUI for XP already does this under the following section:

My Computer > AutoPlay > Handlers

No reason to install an app to do it (I'm assuming TweakUI is a must have right?)

Yes, Tweak UI is a prerequisite

But tastes are different, maybe someone will like working with this util instaed,

mi personally like utils with as much funcionality as possible in one package

but you can't delete a majority of them using TweakUI, only create new ones!
