dancity Posted January 19, 2004 Posted January 19, 2004 When i had Windows 98 SE on my computer i use to replace the explorer.exe shell with a new shell. Coz i knew Win 98 was a piece of crap att. I used Aston Desktop and a few others, cant remember them though, my best bet would try Aston first, its quite good.
