suta Posted January 20, 2006 Share Posted January 20, 2006 Note : The 95 files should be from an early version of Windows 95 that does NOT have the dreaded Internet Explorer "integrated" into the OS. im trying on the mindows, but i dont understand what it means stated above.. which 95 version i should use?? i do a search there is 5 version of 95Windows 95 retail, OEM 4.00.950 7/11/95Windows 95 retail SP1 4.00.950A 7/11/95-12/31/95OEM Service Release 2 4.00.1111* (4.00.950B) 8/24/96OEM Service Release 2.1 4.03.1212-1214* (4.00.950B) 8/24/96-8/27/97OEM Service Release 2.5 4.03.1214* (4.00.950C) 8/24/96-11/18/97and i have OSR 2.1 <- can i use this? if yes, is there any diff between 2.5 and 2.1 ? this is the files needed to be replaced explorer.execomdlg32.dllshell32.dllnotepad.exe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
