64bit PCI backwards compatable?

Hey guys, i have a client that is interested in a super micro Dual Xeon server, he needs more then 3 32bit pci slots, buit i havent found any boards that support this. Are 64bit PCI-x slots backwards compatable with 32bit cards? if not anyone have any reccomnds?

It needs to support a min od 2gigs ECC Reged ddr, 2 Xeon 3.06, and a Agp of some sort

Yes, they are backwards compatable as long as the 32bit cards are keyed right. If the card will physically fit in the 64bit slot, is fine.
