registry tweak help

1) configure your explorer settings

2) export these key :

TheReg.reg

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\ShellBrowser]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\Explorer]

3) import these at cmdlines.txt by "regedit /s TheReg.reg"

thank you sonic, that is good enough for the tweak i wanted for my internet explorer but what i wanted was for explorer itself.

go to my computer view > icons and look what it does i need it in registry form to do that on import. thank you for that IE one though its good for my IE hack for my unnatended install. thank you

sorry I don't understand what you say , i'm french ^^

it's okay for you ? or not ? btw, Internet Explorer and Explorer share same process in fact ... the settings are stored in Internet Explorer regkey ...

It's a bit complicated in that you've to set icon view AND as default to all folders.

When I tried it with Regshot it found another key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams\Defaults]

"{F3364BA0-65B9-11CE-A9BA-00AA004AE837}"

So see what you find...
