Sonic Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 1) configure your explorer settings2) export these key :TheReg.reg[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\ShellBrowser][HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\Explorer]3) import these at cmdlines.txt by "regedit /s TheReg.reg"
andrew84uk Posted January 15, 2006 Author Posted January 15, 2006 thank you sonic, that is good enough for the tweak i wanted for my internet explorer but what i wanted was for explorer itself.go to my computer view > icons and look what it does i need it in registry form to do that on import. thank you for that IE one though its good for my IE hack for my unnatended install. thank you
Sonic Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 sorry I don't understand what you say , i'm french ^^it's okay for you ? or not ? btw, Internet Explorer and Explorer share same process in fact ... the settings are stored in Internet Explorer regkey ...
Takeshi Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 It's a bit complicated in that you've to set icon view AND as default to all folders.http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=48050&hl=When I tried it with Regshot it found another key:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams\Defaults]"{F3364BA0-65B9-11CE-A9BA-00AA004AE837}"So see what you find...
andrew84uk Posted January 17, 2006 Author Posted January 17, 2006 nope that tweak does not work. thank you thought im still stuck.
