babis Posted November 28, 2001 Posted November 28, 2001 Actually speaking of giving away Athlon XP 1800+ , AMD had a bunch of giveways at various cities around the states, one even made it to Baltimore, I went to that one!****, a lot of poeple showed up but they only had 50 of em.Athlon XP 1800+ , Motherboard, fan basically a combo ;-)Anyhow keep an eye out, who knows it might come to your city...I personally heard thru word of mouth, but a lot of poeple told me that it was posted at http://www.anandtech.comEnjoy!
