need an installation monitor

I've been searching for a program for hours and need some help.....

I need a program (program A) that will monitor where another program (program B) is installing files and registry keys AND can allow me to completly reverse the changes made by the installed program (B) if I don't like it leaving my system as if I had never installed the program (B).

does this exsist and where can I find it.

and please freeware only.....I have no money for this kind of thing.

Use InCtrl5, freeware, released by PC Magazine. (If you google hard enough, you'll find it somewhere.)
