ivwolferen
I have created my first unattended installation of XP proff, and trying to test the iso with the newest VMware. However, after starting the VM, the windows setup cannot find a hard disk in the system and aborts the setup. In VMware i can only choose a SCSI hard drive, not a IDE or SATA or anything like that.Anyone have any idea's?Thnx! jfmartel
When you create a new VM, choose the custom option. This way you can choose between a SCSI or IDE hard drive. I highly suggest to use for primary HD a IDE since they are easier to configurer. Then if you need more HD, choose SCSI. With the tools installed, SCSI HD are recognized automatically.
